Recruiting from Summer Analyst position
Hi,
Long time lurker here. I accepted an offer with an EB (EVR, Moelis, etc.) for next summer and am pretty stoked. However, I wanted to inquire, and ask about any advice for the recruiting process for full time. I will be worked to the bone (80-120 hours) and was wondering how I would even go about networking, first rounds, and even Super Days during the summer?
Full disclosure: I think this place is great but I am also interested in other shops like BX, PJT, GS, & MS for FT. I am from a top public school but I don't have the East coast network or Ivy League thing going for me.
