Recruiting from US for Europe jobs

Hi all, I am an EU citizen currently studying at a US public school. As an international student, recruiting for IB positions here has been an uphill battle and, with visa requirements becoming increasingly tougher, I am thinking about recruiting for SA positions in Europe, especially London. Has anyone done this? If so, how did you approach it? I have tried to look people up on LinkedIn but it seems that not that many people do this (or at least not from my school). Thanks in advance.
