Honestly, you should be fine either way. Would doubt you would do anything relevant in compliance/legal, but it'll give you a chance to meet people in the relevant divisions.
If you have decent grades and are well liked, it's a really easy sell to tell people you're interested in moving to IBD within the bank.
If one is paid and the other is unpaid, take the paid one.
All else being equal, however, FO at a no-name boutique will be more relevant experience to talk about during interviews and will likely give you a better chance come junior year.
