Rookie question, but my understanding of CRE deals is providing asset level financing. Isn’t REGAL helping REITs raise debt/equity for assets? The line seems a bit fuzzy. If a balance sheet bank does a real estate related deal, basically how would you know if it’s their REGAL team that advised it or if it’s just a loan?
