Anything is possible. People go from no IB experience to FT BB so just network during your internship and see what happens. If I were you, I would also look at EB / MM firms instead of limiting yourself to ~8 banks.
Is it possible to get a ft offer at BB with a summer internship at a regional boutique? (Originally Posted: 03/06/2015)
I was wondering if this even possible. Is there anyone who has a similar experience? What does it take to leverage a regional bank internship into a BB Full-time? (I am from a target school if that does any help)
