Regional leading bank DCM vs Regional leading bank Corp Dev

Hi all,

Recently I went through a few rounds of interviews, and I am "likely" to get an offer from the two positions I have mentioned.
Hence, I want to learn more advice from an experienced investment banker!

My background:
EU-based
MSc Finance with 4.0 GPA + 5 FIs internship (FinTech Unicorn Ops, Commerical bank Ops, Corporate bank RM, CIB Industry group, CIB LevFin)
Option 1: Regional leading bank DCM (Likely to be Tier 3/4 bank in the investment banking world)
Focus on Green bond, and I will focus on a specific product instead of working for the origination or syndication team.
Option 2: Regional leading bank Corp Dev (Likely to be Tier 4 bank)
Focus on the firm's development by facilitating M&A transactions, a new program with a small team that only has a few senior people.
Option 3: Back to the UK to search for an investment banking (off-cycle) intern/ starting position
Very risky move, I have no network/ connection in the UK IB world, and I do not receive any education from the UK (But I'm a UK citizen).

I am focusing on personal development!

Option 1 could give me a clearer career path and promotion, and Option 2 will give me a chance to study for a CS degree (I always want to have a CS degree, not merely for career development), also a chance to develop strategic thinking with M&A transaction.

Thanks for all your help!
