Rejected?
Early last week, I had received a phone screen interview with a recruiter from a BB who mentioned the strong alignment in my skill sets with the position/group. The conversation with the recruiter was five business days ago and since then I have not heard back from the BB, even though the recruiter mentioned that they would get back to me sometime last week regarding next steps in the process.
Given this, is it likely that my application will not be moved forward in the recruitment process for the position? Is it normal to experience more delayed communications during the immediate week during and preceding Fourth of July / Holidays?
