rejection email.

i have a question regarding rejection emails.

i got denied a second interview for a transaction service internship with a big four. the email however said that they were still very interested, possibly later for full time opportunities.

is it a mass email that they send out to most their interviewees which means nothing, or does it mean i have a good chance later on during full time recruiting season?

thanks.

You have to remember that the big four is much different and a lot less selective than BB's. I had a friend that interviewed for a spring internship, and got rejected. The company said they were still interested, and three weeks later he got an offer for the same position in the summer.

I do not know how much this applies to your situation, but I do not think you are done.
