I am a first year at a smaller boutique M&A shop. I was updating diligence requests today and one comment from someone involved was that the client received PPP money and therefore EBITDA will incrementally increase. I pushed back to no avail, can someone point this one out to me? My understanding is that payroll is still tracking through the P&L.
