Curious to hear thoughts on how relevant the standard, pre-interview numerical tests are in the era of AI. Can't candidates just screenshot questions, plug them into AI models and get answers quickly? Are these numerical tests still common practice in Finance? Is there still demand from prospective applicants for practice tests etc?
