Reneging FT offer (LONDON)

How do banks view reneging in London, given the short exploding offer timelines? If I go from an SA->FT-offer decent MM to top EB (EVR/PJT),  is there a chance both the EB and MM will rescind my offer if I renege (assuming I am clear about reneging whilst interviewing with EB)?

Probably will be the same as SW conversion with a better SA offer where you tell HR that you’ve decided to explore a different path and keep your new offer off your LinkedIn until after you complete the internship

Only difference here is the new hypothetical FT offer will do a background checks on your SA stint, but I’m not sure how HR will respond to that (would they talk bad about you for reneging etc)

lol I know a dude who interviewed for the EBs and straight up mentioned he had offers elsewhere.

They don't care. Atleast the EB you are moving up to doesn't care if you renege on the MM.

Obviously the MM cares, but you are reneging on them so ??? doesn't matter

I did exactly what you mentioned (to the T) and nothing came of it. Just make sure not to tell your old bank where you're going and don't update LinkedIn until you start.
