Stumbled on a repo desk analyst role at a BB or an entry level job. Am sort of familiar with what repo / funding desks do in the treasury market but I'm interested in what the compensation and long term path would be like for someone in this career. Is this a good desk to be on compared to others on the trading floor? Or should it be avoided?
