Resources for Power & Utilities Banking

Are there any definitive books/resources for power & utilities banking? I'm looking to lateral in the near/mid-term and I would like to be well-prepared for any potential openings. I understand that it is a capital-intensive industry that is also heavily regulated, with the typical deal being debt underwriting (with the debt secured by fixed assets).

Outside of that, I'm not really sure about deal structures, specific regulation I have to be aware of (sure it varies by state depending on the de-regulation status), and other external factors.

As for my personal interest - the bank I currently work for has a (reportedly) strong power group, and I have family that currently works in project finance so it has been a sector that I have been looking into for awhile. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.
