Resources on Real Estate Banking
I'm starting in Real Estate coverage and am looking for an authoritative resource on the real estate industry in the form of a PDF. I'm able to find lengthy primers on just about any industry (Industrials/P&U/Energy/Telecom etc.) but when it comes to Real Estate I just end up finding stuff about residential real estate investing and other junk marketed towards people who want to buy and flip houses. Maybe I'm just not searching using the right keywords on google.
Where can I learn information about this industry that will be applicable to IB coverage?
