Restaurant and Franchising investment banking
I have noticed a few groups with specific practices Citizens, Intrepid, Baird any other companies have specific restaurant practice.

Here are thoughts on mm firms:
RWB has a great practice and good deal flow w quality names. Would characterize moreso as multi-unit and franchising though vs just restaurants
HW also has a good practice - won some solid mandates in 2024. Their presence in multi-site beauty and wellness is notable
I know Blair does some rest work with good assets, but haven't heard much there. Think they also have a solid multi-site auto team
Piper does restaurants but I can't speak to quality of floor.
North Point (SF office) is also good for this niche, but have been seeing them as co on deals as of late
imo RWB or HW would be the best of the above for solid multi-site M&A experience
