Any thoughts on Rx at lower tier accounting firms? Exit opps, career paths, etc.

I worked at BDO and got an offer from M3, FTI, and a BB IB offer. My best friend worked at GT got an offer from Alvarez and a MMPE firm. Haven’t heard of anyone from MNP ever placing well…
