Restructuring Boutiques London

I've seen a few threads talking about restructuring boutiques in NY i.e. Ducera and Configure Partners. Are there any reputable shops similar in London? I can't seem to find any through google, just keeps returning law firms.

I think you have the EBs (Roths, Laz, EVR, CVR, Moelis, PWP) which do restructuring alongside a wider advisory practice. You also have the likes of big 4 who do it as well (UK only mandates though from i have read so far - don't quote me as I am not 100%) You also have consulting firms (FTI, Duff & Phelps, A&M, Alix - If anyone has anymore, please add) You also have the sector boutiques who will compete for RX mandates in a specific sector Eg Seabury Capital does restructuring for areospace and defence sectors.

Its mostly a case of looking for boutiques rather than looking for RX houses

http://www.seaburygroup.com/ - they have a london office (I know a guy who worked there)

Most EBs do both RX and M&A - they have it as a generalist analyst programme. I have it from a HH that some EBs will be looking to expand across analyst and associate levels.

from what i have seen, RX is dominated by HL, PJT and the other EBs, followed by both the big 4 and the consulting firms. Happy to be corrected though (asked on a few RX threads for any links to league tables; yet to see any mergermarket style rankings)

Heads up. Know a guy who worked there. He mentioned that they treat you like actual shit (seniors openly calling juniors "fucking idiots") and that you consistently work 90-100h weeks. Not the end of the world for IB, but not worth it for such a small relatively unknown boutique. This was from about 2 years ago so I would do my DD before looking into Seabury
