Resume Building?

Anyone have any advice regarding early resume building? How can a freshman in college interested in I-banking begin to build his resume to its fullest potential as early as possible? (Other than simply great grades and getting involved in ECs)

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Apply to everything and anything on your school career site. Once you max that out you can take a look at postings from indeed and other career sites. In the meantime, you should also begin perfecting the formatting and quality of your resume.

Even with a high gpa at a target, my response rate for first rounds at any finance job as freshman was around 5%. I probably dropped in over 100 applications in my first 2 years alone...
