These are a few points that I drafted regarding this summer's internship. I'd appreciate some feedback and some additions/corrections.
I also have a question regarding the inclusion of transaction experience. I have seen them on other resume's but I don't know if its acceptable for myself to include them at the end... (ie. debt placement for _____....)
Assisted in the creation of transaction pitch books, teasers, and presentations that were distributed to (insert name)’s global offices as well as to potential clients and investors
Edited and created company valuations and executed required due diligence on companies, investors and industries
Conducted analysis for a series of deals sourcing information from SEC filings and client financial statements and used this information to spread transaction comps and create reports
Generated models for market trends, historic data and forecasted movement based on macroeconomic indicators using data from Bloomberg, S&P Global Credit Portal, Capital IQ and independent research institutions
Organized a visual basic excel spreadsheet of exchanged bond prices for optimal usage by traders and archived historic prices into an excel macro automatically-updated sheet that streamlined analysis of the firm’s credit products
