Resume for headhunters

Recently have had HHs reach out and was wondering how people approach the resume section of the forms. Given I haven’t been on the desk for even a week it seems tough to add anything but the firm name and my role to the resume I used in college. Hard to know what to do since very few analysts above me recruited for PE and those that did already left.
