Just saw an ad on LinkedIn for Refinitive, to “accelerate your workflow” - it made me laugh cause they ain’t accelerating shit about my workflow.
I can never figure out how to add a document to my cart; it always bugs out and doesn’t add, our firewall blocks pop ups so the cart won’t even open, trying to batch download directly doesn’t work, etc etc. The website is so clunky/confusing.
