Hi, I was wondering which asset type offers the highest unlevered yields?
I know commodity real estate (multi-family, office, industrial, etc.) is about 4-5%. Non-commodity real estate (healthcare, seniors housing, etc.) is close to a 13-14%. I would guess that power/energy assets are about 10%. Does anyone know anything income-producing with a strong yield?
