Rising Senior at a Non-Target Interested in Masters/FT-Recruiting

I'm a rising senior at a Non-Target (solid GPA, good leadership, and 1.5 internships) in the limbo of networking for FT but also getting ready to apply to MSF/MMS programs; my ultimate goal is to land a BB/EB.
1. Does anyone have an updated sense of what the best master's programs are in terms of networking + OCR (besides Princeton/MIT)? How hard are these to get into?
2. I know it's a little late but would I also be able to apply for SA for the summer in between UG and masters?
3. What are my chances of moving from a MM to an EB/BB after a year or two? (would possibly be my plan if I forego the MSF)

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Would be huge.
