Pack it all in your carryon
Really your only responsibility on a roadshow is to make sure the logistics go as planned. Make sure you leave every meeting with enough time to get to the next one - and call/text the driver you're using on the way out so the car is waiting for you.
There isn't a lot that you have to bring - hardcopies of the management presentation to pass out and then re-collect at the end of each meeting, and some extra copies of the prospectus in case the investor doesn't have it for some reason.
Other than that just don't fall asleep in one of the meetings (this is harder than you'd think) and enjoy being untouchable from other work requests back at the office.
Try not to drink too much coffee / fluid because you'd be surprised how little opportunity there is to take a piss / drop a deuce
