Curious about this as well. Just left PwC M&A for LMM IB so I have some insight into exit ops for the group. Saw very few people moving to the buyside unless they had a strong network - same with MBB. Top performers might go to T2 shops, but most went to smaller company corp dev. or strategy roles. Just anecdotal, but I would probably go right to the T2 in this case.
Which country is this?
RB hands down in my opinion .. rep work and exit opps are far better.. only reason for Pwc is if you really wanna focus solely on M&A and use it as steppingstone for a bank or M&A boutique.. but as far as consulting RB no doubt
