Apartment building opened brand new last year. Moved in with two other male bankers (Age early 20s who work at BBs) who are quiet and respectable. Lived in for a year and have a roommate who decided to move closer to his job location. This is a luxury building that has a gym, rooftop, common area, AC unit, and laundry in building. Rooftop has outdoor sofas, BBQ grills, awesome view of the World Trade Center and Brooklyn Bridge, outdoor TV and speakers.

The roommate is moving out of a flexed living room that has an installed temporary wall (covers up to the ceiling), The room is about 170 square feet and has its own private balcony. Balcony has the Brooklyn Bridge view. Please note that the calculated 170 square ft space does not include the Balcony space.

This is unfurnished and the current roommate has a queen size bed, sofa, huge desk, and still has space.

Water / heating included. Electricity and high speed internet is split three ways which averages about $35-$40 a month per person. Bathroom is shared with one other male. Apartment is located 2 minute walking distance to the A,C,J,Z,2,3,4,5,6,R lines. Right next to the new Fulton Center train station and City Hall.

Will ask for a 13 month commitment with security deposit of 1.5x rent. Male preferred. Asking for $1850 a month OBO.

I am flexible for move-in date so long as it is in July or August 2015. If July, 13 month commitment, if August, 12 month commitment as lease ends then.
