Pretty sure head guys that left Citi's energy group are there now. Not a primary source tho. Group itself is no joke, strong tailwinds in the space as an independent advisor in a space where the BB banks are facing increasing pressure from NYC to 'transition'.

Edit: this really only applies to their HTX group. Not sure if op is referencing a NY or HTX energy group.
