Career Resources
One of the top HC teams in London. Does deals from £50m all the way to £bn+. Needless to say it’s a real sweaty pointy team too.
Any tips on the application process? What’s the best way to stand out as a candidate?
are you referring to the A1? aren't you Asso3?
Yes, Analyst 1. I'm asking for a friend--not me. She's has an extensive healthcare background and is looking to switch into IB.
When things heat ip, the quality of their hiring goes down in flames. I’ve seen them hire people as associated that I rejected for an analyst 2 role 3 months before (when you need horsepower…). So I’m guessing quality of experience will be very dependent on associates.
Rothschild is a reasonably good employer otherwise despite the work conditions. People who do well can do very well, at the cost of an awful quality of life
i emailed HR directly and she got me interview right away
