How marketable is a Restructuring / Turnaround internship for FT recruiting with M&A/Industry groups? Would the transition be seamless?

Career Resources
Rx gives much more of a technical skillset, so assuming you're in Rx at a legit shop, you'll be more than fine come FT recruiting. Really not an issue especially since it's only an internship.
