RX vs. M&A Prestige Level
Which product group do you think is more prestigious? I would say RX because there are fewer spots as only independent advisory firms have an RX practice. Also the interviews are more technical/difficult

Career Resources
Prestige is irrelevant, pick the one you like more to pursue. Just because RX has fewer spots and is more niche doesn't make it the better career path or more "prestigious." You will have a higher chance of doing better and not burning out as quickly at the firm/product focus that excites you the most. When you're out in the real world working, your desire to stay in the industry will not be fueled by some type of success that was defined by someone else, but rather your own interests.
PJT/HL/EVR RX fill basically half of their SA class with W - they're the prestige ~/
