Obviously, everyone is aware that return offer rates are going to be down compared to recent years with the economic downturn, but how long will this last? I know banks are nervous to under hire based on last few years but do you guys think the 2023 SA class will have more difficulty converting FT? Appreciate anyone's thoughts.
