Im a non-target, interned at search fund, doing PWM now. Seeing some of the other kids in my class all have boutique IB internships is discouraging. Do I try to get one now (on top of PWM) or stick with what i've got. LMK if im cooked thx

I am from a non-target, and everyone I know, including myself, did not have sophomore internships unless they were diversity candidates. The offers were made possible with relentless recruiting with alumni, having technicals/behaviorals/markets prepped at all times since Superdays could be offered at any time, and developing skills that make you different and stand out in interviews (such as unique organizations that you can talk about and/or creating a specialty within a specific coverage group that you are genuinely interested in). You most definitely are not cooked. Comparing yourself will do no good because everyone has their own path and place where they belong. Just keep working and make it happen.
