Recruiting for SA 2026 and am wondering if anyone has an idea about hire view time lines for apps. How long does it take for them to usually come out?
Also would appreciate any advice for hireview prep. Should I expect the TAM, why IB, why this bank, and maybe 1 technical and 1 behavioral?
How do you stand out from these? Is it mostly communication skills?
