Have a final round with an BB MD tomorrow on-campus and was wondering what to expect. To clarify: this is 1 on 1; My first round was a 2 on 1 and interview was mostly technical, though not really hard, i.e. basic dcf and multiples valuation, etc. Should I expect the interview to be mostly fit b/c first round was a weed-out? I'll look over everything but just wanted to get a feel for what to expect.

should probably expect more behavioral questions this time around. if your asked back for a final round, you've passed their basic tests for competency -now they just need to determine whether or not they like you.
Be prepped for both, nothing could be worse than you taking Art's advice and just prepping for behavioral and getting some asshole who wants to grill you on your technicals...
