I wanted to start a post where people who had a SA position after their sophomore year at an IB firm could share their story. I am a sophomore at a non-target, currently an intern at an IB firm for the spring and have one interview for a SA position for the summer.
Curious to hear about peoples experiences with a SA position after there sophomore year (how did you get the position? how did you network? what kind of firm and what kind of work did you do? how (if it did) did the position help you come junior year recruiting?)
