Had a bunch of Super-days but nothing has worked out. At this point willing to work anywhere; started my own business which did well, so I am able to work for free. What advice are you asking for..?
posting on WSO isn't going to help. Start cold calling boutiques, SA is not the end of the line whatsoever. Make yourself the best possible candidate for FT recruiting and continue hitting the phones, make multiple trips to NYC. I must have had interview with 10 different banks this last year and only got 1 offer, but that 1 offer is all that it takes. Keep your head up and keep grinding.
Thanks for your response. I have been shooting off ton of emails but no responses. In terms of cold calling, what position within the organization would you suggest calling.
If you're legit cold calling(no e-mail in advance), you may want to call whatever number they have listed on their website. I would be persistent with e-mails asking to chat to some bankers. You should get a response if your e-mail is genuine and you have some sort of connection them.
