Have Summer analyst offers at Sagent Advisors for a generalist role, Cowen and Company in capital markets, and JPM commercial banking middle market group (outside of manhattan but does bigger deals than manhattan according HR).
Hoping to convert it into a great FT IB position. Any insight is appreciated, thanks.

SA for sure. Generalist IBD roles provide good experience and u can leverage that to get better offers ie EB/BB if you are able to secure an offer from SA for f/t.
