SA positions for undergrads new to finance

Hey all,

I'm a junior in undergrad right now, majoring in Economics and Biomedical Engineering (B.S. in both), but I've just started taking finance classes and don't have much experience in finance (I just try to read the major WSJ articles every day), and it seems like everybody talks about finance-related questions which I wouldn't be able to answer at all come interview time. Does that make it impossible to get a SA position? I feel like people who have a finance background will just outclass me and get all the positions, but I'm really adamant that this is what I would like to do in the future. Also, what are some of the small banks that I would have a better chance applying to (rather than the big banks that will probably skip over me if i have no finance background)? I don't know if I go to a target school (never heard the term, but I assume that if almost all of the big banks had recruiters at my career fair that my school is a target school).
