SA With Broken Phone

I will be going into my SA this summer and I'm fairly certain I will not be provided a phone. My phone works occasionally (I have to turn it off and on sometimes to receive texts, cannot get WIFI, shuts off randomly, and do not get email alerts even though I have that set for ON)

My question is: how important is it that I have a phone that works perfectly for an SA.

literally no one has answered OPs specific question can't answer it myself (and im positive it varies from bank to bank), but good luck

.

Well yeah it does seem like a pretty dumb question, but why I'm asking is because I will get a new phone in September with my contract. So can I just wait it out? Or is it vital to have a phone that notifies me whenever I get an email.

only reputable bank that i've heard of that doesn't give SA's phones is DB...

I guess it's 'possible' if you're willing to be glued to your desk every night/every weekend. You still need to be on call all the time. If you can't be contacted electronically, only other way is if you're at your desk...
