SA with Montblanc Pen
What is the perception of an SA that carries a Montblanc pen in his shirtpocket? Would people think he's a douchebag? Thanks, guys

I carried my Montblanc in my portfolio during interviews for good luck (my mom gave it to me) but I would never bring it out as a SA. What's the point? Not like we need to actually write anything. Maybe for junior lawyers and such it would be useful since they have to sign documents.
Don't put pens in your shirt pocket, it will get all saggy and look stupid (especially with a nice, heavy pen like a Montblanc). Better yet, buy shirts without pockets, they look better anyway.

What are you trying to accomplish with having a pen like that which you wont ever use?
I used a Montblanc pen during my SA stint. No one cared either way -- I just like how it writes. I would never put it in my pocket, though; I don't think anyone puts any type of pen in their shirt pocket. ever.
I love when people say 'love the way this cartier/montblanc/etc writes..' The ink cartriges for these pens runs around 5-8 dollars and the pens go for $250-$25000. Honestly, a 10 dollar pen is built of the same quality
