SA/Analyst Comp at no-name boutique

Need some advice.. How much should I expect/ask for at a small no-name boutique? I want to know for this upcoming summer and then full-time should they hire me. Is there anyone with experience here?

Thanks

Depends what brand name you have on your resume, but 60k is a reasonable base out of college. Signing comes into play if you're target. Just my 2c

I did an off-cycle internship at a no-name boutique while I was in college. My comp didn't even cover the expenses I incurred to commute to the job. My hourly rate was about $2/hr, and that's BEFORE tax. While I suspect you'll be getting more than this, the point is it can vary widely.

As for a base, I wouldn't expect 60k. I'd probably expect something along the lines of 45-55k. Your bonus will likely be lower as well. On the flipside, I wouldn't expect the sort of hours that you hear about on this forum. Allnighters will be extremely rare and you'll likely have substantial free time on the weekends.
