I joined as stub associate at a BB that has base salary of 150k for ASO1. Does that mean the base will increase starting this jan? Does anyone know how it works for stub associates. Do you become ASO2 on next jan or is at end of year 1(from DOJ).I would appreciate any inputs. Thanks.
