Supposed to sit down with my MD and discuss this past year's performance/expectations etc. within a week or so. I'd like to get an idea of what market salary is for someone in my position. I'm a first year Associate in Loan Syndications. Any idea what the market comp is? Any websites that would have this information handy? I quickly perused through Vault's public listing of positions to see if there were any Syndication people profiled but didn't find anything specific enough. Thanks guys and gals!

I'll tell you what. Syndications must be the black hole of banking because I can't find a ballpark salary range anywhere! I purchased a three month membership to Vault and the salary information there is useless to me. I even ran a google search and came upon this forum topic on the fourth page of the search. Hopefully someone can help here.
