Salary+Bonus I-Banking?
I have heard of a 400K salary+bonus for a VP in Investment banking. Do VPs get their bonuses each year. How much would base pay be at this level and how much would the bonus usually be?

That sounds about right. Bonuses are yearly, base would be around $175-200K, bonus would be a similar number.
