Once you are considered analyst what level roughly?
Can confirm in Spain it’s lower than street level.

Pretty much street in UK - base is 62k. Most BBs here (GS, BofA, UBS,Barc, Deutsche.) and Nomura etc are 65. Some EBs and BBs and jefferies are 70, HSBC/RBC etc are 60. So somewhere in the range of the decent MMs

London is £62k almost market...NYC theyre $110k which is market so pretty much market for the major hubs
