I am a current freshman working towards an IB offer, but am scared about doing all this work and going through the internship only to be left without a return offer and being forced to job hunt my senior year. How likely is a return offer and if you don't get one what are the next steps?

get your offer first then think about it. what you are learning on this recruiting process EVEN IF you dont get offer till the end will be beneficial to you long term
