I don't think you can base anything off of that information. If they have already taken 4 to 0, assuming they have already interviewed about the same amount of candidates at both schools, then they obviously don't care all that much about the relationship. The other school of thought would say that school A must produce a much more competitive candidate than school B, but that's probably not the case.
