Screen for M&A Deals with Earn-Outs in Refinitiv Workspace

Hi everyone,

I need to research M&A Deals with an earn-out component of listed acquirers within a particular region.

Unfortunately, I only have access to Workspace. I figured out how to filter for the region, but I don’t know how to screen for deals with an earn-out component. 

Does anyone know how to filter for that or whether it’s even possible within Refinitiv Workspace?
