Recently heard good feedback from my staffer but I've made a bunch of mistakes in the last week on this one project. With bonuses coming out in a few weeks, should I be worried? I'm generally a good performer and pretty well-liked by the MDs, but I just have no idea who has what amount of sway in determining bonuses. Can anyone provide some transparency on how the process works? Should I be worried?
