Hey all, I'm one of those MBA summers that everyone hates.

As I'm getting up to speed with spreading comps, I've started to compile a list of word-search terms to use when going through a 10-K/Q to quickly make sure you've identified any specifics in the company as you build up to Enterprise Value and adjust EBITDA.
